I can always reach for the thought that feels better.
Your decision to reach for a thought that feels good is a powerful decision, for it serves you in many ways. The better feeling thought reverberates within you, opening passageways to Well-being that reach far beyond this one good-feeling thought.
"Well Being Cards"
Feel Good While Choosing It
You just have to be who you are. The best you can do is be certain that you are connected to your Source Energy, and let everybody else figure it out for themselves. Some of them will adore you, some of them will hate you – and none of it has anything to do with you!
Choose what feels good to you and leave everybody else to choose what they want. Don't spend any time saying, "They should choose differently and they'd feel better!" Instead say, "They're choosing whatever they're choosing; I'm choosing what I'm choosing, and I'm feeling good while I'm choosing it."
And let that be the end of it.

And so for most of you, you're bored and then you get busy and then you're overwhelmed. And then you get bored, and then you get busy…You sort of vacillate back and forth. And then what you are wanting to do is take more bite sized steps.
In other words, Be more sensitive to the way you are feeling, bit by bit by bit. And when it begins to feel too busy, do something to ratchet it back. In other words, get more people to help you in place. Or get more leisure time where you can relax. And set aside more time in every day that you can find that fresh feeling place.
And this is the thing we most want to give you and, oddly enough, we are wanting to give it to Jerry and Esther and many others of you even at the same time. Since nothing is more important than that you feel good…
We would as soon as this gathering is over, sit, as soon as you can get off by yourself and make a list of the five things that make you feel best while you are doing them. And then make sure that you do all 5 of those things every single day!
Put those five things you like most at the top of every day's list. And make sure you do it. And then do anything else you have time to do. And if you do those five things that you like best on the list and you will achieve them, you'll discover that most of them don't take that much time. Then you will come back into alignment with who you really are, and everything else will take care of itself.
SOLOMON: People often believe that things have to be a certain way before they can feel good. And then, when they discover that they don't have the power, or the votes, or the strength to make things be the way that they need them to be, then they resign themselves to unhappy, powerless lives.
What I want you to come to understand is that all of your power is in your ability to see things in a way that keeps you feeling good. And, when you are able to do that, you will have the power to achieve anything that you desire. Everything that you desire is trying to make its way to you but, you must find the way to let it in. And you cannot let in what you desire when you do not feel good. Only in feeling good can you let those things in that you desire.
You live in a big world, Sara, with many other people who may want things to be different than you want them to be. You cannot convince them all to agree with you, and you cannot coerce them to agree with you, and you cannot destroy all of those who do not agree with you. Your only path to a joyous, powerful experience is to decide, once and for all, that you intend to feel good no matter what. And, as you practice turning your thoughts to things that do feel good – now, you have discovered the secret to life.
