<\n\nThe man whispered, “God, speak to me”
\n<\/span>And a meadowlark sang. <\/span>But the man did not hear.<\/span><\/p>\n

So the man yelled “God, speak to me”<\/span><\/p>\n

And the thunder and lightning rolled across the sky.<\/span>
\nBut the man did not listen. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Then the man looked around and said, “God, let me see you.”
\nAnd a star shined brightly. . .<\/span> but the man did not see. <\/span><\/p>\n

And, the man shouted, “God, show me a miracle”
\nAnd a life was born. . .<\/span> but still – the man did not notice. <\/span><\/p>\n

So, the man cried out in despair, “Touch me, God, and let me know you are here”
\nWhereupon, God reached down and touched the man. . . <\/span>
\nbut the man brushed the butterfly away and walked on. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe true miracles of life are hidden in plain sight,
\nIn the blessings and beauties of the Natural World around us,
\nIn the laughter of a child and the smile of a passing stranger,
\nIn the love of good friends and family, and
\nIn the feelings generated from a grateful heart.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
