Even baking soda in water would be beneficial to a body that was too acid because it would raise the pH.<\/p>\n \tPersonally, I like to keep to a raw food diet so that the diet itself supports my body's normal level of alkalinity, but for a body on the standard American diet or for a person who creates a lot of acidity through lifestyle choices (smoking, drinking, etc.) or even through temperament (negative emotions like anger, fear, unabated stress, hatred), then extra alkalinity would be required, thus various methods to raise the pH using alkaline water.<\/p>\n \tA body in normal pH is immune to almost all disease… a true immunity. That is what I believe.
