AMVAC Chemical Company is owned by American Vanguard Corporation, which makes herbicides, pesticides.<\/p>\n \tA major portion of its revenues comes from selling its specialty chemicals to the pharmaceutical industry. It is also in the business of "environmental remediation" and "toxic waste management."
