NOTE FROM Rhio: This recipe is from an unknown source, but I post it here because I believe it has merit. Some of the questions that I've been asked are, do you have to wait the five days before consuming it. My answer is no. Probably at the five day point, everything has melded together, but I don't think you have to wait the five days to consume. Another question is, How long does this last? I believe that this would last at least 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator.

Look for this on the label–available in health stores, and some grocery stores. Honey has to be unpasteurised. Garlic is best organic.

Put the following in a blender…
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup raw honey
8 cloves garlic
Mix on high speed for 60 seconds. Pour mixture into a glass container. Seal and leave in the refrigerator for five days. Normal dosage is two tsp. in a glass of water or fruit juice, grape or orange juice is best before breakfast.
